Arrival and Moving Day
While this is rare, it does happen. We will take your belongings back to our warehouse and keep them safely stored until the situation with your home purchase is resolved.
For one-day moves, loading is usually completed in the morning, and unloading happens in the afternoon as soon as we gain access to your new property.
Our team typically arrives between 8-8:30 am or 8-9 am within the M25.
Booking and Scheduling
We will do our best to accommodate you, but if all of our resources are booked, we will help you find another reputable moving company.
We recommend booking your move date only after you have exchanged contracts, as this is when your date will be fixed.
Final payment is due on or before the move day, payable via bank transfer or card.
The deposit is due as soon as you want to reserve your moving day or order packing materials.
If you provide more than 10 days’ notice, date changes are free of charge.
There is no set notice period. We can accommodate jobs at short notice if we have available staff and vehicles.
Costs and Payments
We do not offer discounts for cash payments.
Unfortunately we are unable to price match. Our prices reflect fair wages for our professional workforce and to maintain our high standards.
We provide free quotations after surveying your home to determine your exact requirements. This allows us to give you a detailed written quote.
We do not charge for key waits.
We do not charge extra for Friday and Saturdays moves.
Packing Services and Materials
Yes, but only light and soft items such as clothing.
You will receive the boxes as soon as you pay the deposit for your move. If you’re far from your move date and want to start packing, we can provide a smaller amount initially.

Yes, we supply all the packing materials you need if you choose to pack your own belongings.
Insurance and Protection
Yes, all furniture is either wrapped in protective fitted covers or covered with moving blankets.
Insurance is fully included in your move quote.
Staffing and Handling
Yes, we reassemble all furniture that we dismantle during the move.
Yes, we can dismantle furniture as needed.
Yes, we can move plants to your new home, but we cannot store them.
Yes, we employ a large team of highly trained professionals.
Storage Services
You can store your items for as long or as short a period as you need.
Yes, we have a designated area for oversized items in our warehouse.
Yes, our storage includes full service. We collect, inventory, and safely store your goods, then return them to you as needed.
